Receiving Your Event Payout

Reimagine has partnered with Squadup to manage our ticketing system. If you are charging a fee for your event, your payment will be processed in the first week of the month following your event (e.g. if your event was in December, you will receive your payment in January), which will be paid out by Squadup. The payment may take up to 2 weeks to reach you after processing, depending on your preferred payment method. Please note that if you have generously donated a portion of those proceeds to Reimagine (selected when you set up your ticket price in the event portal), that amount will be deducted from your final payout.

Squadup issues payments via mailed check, Paypal or Venmo and you will be asked to provide that information before submitting your event.
