Upon ticket purchase, attendees will receive a gracious email from our ticket partners at SquadUP--written by the Reimagine team--that thanks them for registering to your Reimagine event and shares the link to it. Unfortunately, this email cannot be customized.
When people sign up to attend your event, they will get one auto-generated email that will include their ticket information, with the name and link to the event they registered for, as well as some information about Reimagine.
We assume you will want to send emails to the people who have signed up for your event. We recommend sending a reminder a few weeks out, as well as the day of and a thank you afterward. We can provide graphics and templates for all of these emails. All of this information is included in our marketing guide, which you can find here.
We make it super easy for you to send emails to the people who have signed up to attend your events. You just go into the portal where you’ll find a CSV sheet that has the list and emails of all your guests. It is constantly updated for you.
If you would like to draft additional custom emails to your attendees, you will have access to their names and emails as they register, and are free to send any emails you wish to engage them further.
